Kathy's grandmother Helen Jane Burket Grossman taught her to needlepoint starting in 1976.

Kathy Grossman's paintings, illustrations, cartoons, photographs, and needlepoint designs. Four of her paintings can be seen at the second-floor gallery at Every Blooming Thing, 444 S. 700 East, Salt Lake City. The next solo show is at the Chapman Library June 1-July 31, with the artist's reception on Saturday, June 5, 4 to 6 PM.
