Sis, I, literally have, in my hand, right now, Glenn's little book with the numbers in it! It was in a little brown leather valise of Glenn's. The little 'bluebook" says - "Institut Notre-Dame MEUDON - on the front There are perhaps some pages missing but, by my count, the list of numbers starts at 1400 and slowly page by page, with a number ofT. Bién or Tres Bién's written by the instructor, and goes until 2099, at that point, perhaps a little unsure, Glenn continues with numbers from 10000, 10001 etc... until the book ends at 10036... Another book in some beautiful cursive contains Ave, Ave Maria and on into a song - perhaps a language lesson? Here's a little book with the date 13 janvier 1929 signed by F. Karl Grossman and Helen B. Grossman! - looks like a progress report for studies. The last entry is 28 avril (I suspect still 1929,) there are a lot of entries on previous pages beginning Octobre 1928 all signed by parents and "La Directrice"! What a find! I am actually holding Glenn's school book(lets) and MANY workbooks with pages and pages of cursive letters, letter combinations, drawings of a shovel, a hatchet(!), pyramide, goblete, zig zags, on and on... A great day... Thanks sis!!!!!!!!
